To help us resolve the issue quickly, include photographs showing:

Any visible damage or defects
The packaging, if applicable
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, ProSuppliesHub will provide a prepaid return shipping label whenever applicable.
For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

ProSuppliesHub does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
