Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 7:00 PM (EST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

All orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) after your order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

Transit Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday), depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is generally 6–9 business days from the date your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, our support team will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ProGearSupply is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
